Match that was supposed to be held early morning was cancelled at 2.00 AM in midnight by SEC, Sukhwinder Singh himself due to unknown reasons. The entire Comp team was in ground on time and was taken aback by this sudden news. Howsoever the Comp event head, Manjeet Nandal utilised the time and took about half an hour for his novice players to get in touch with the grip of rope. Simultaneously, none of the girls' team appeared on the field.
