Have a look at the two different images of the Electricity switching board of the Old Boys Hostel. One of the image is when the electricity is gone (i.e. OFF). Another image is when the power supply is ON.Just watch carefully, that the voltometer in both cases, is shwing 400V and the ammeter is showing 0A current, irrespective if the light is present or not.
